To play the Yulin Kalimba, hold it comfortably in your hands, with the tines facing upward. Pluck the tines with your thumbs to produce sound. Each tine corresponds to a note, and you can vary the pitch by plucking the tines at different points (closer to the base for lower notes, and towards the tips for higher notes). Experiment with different rhythms and melodies to create beautiful music.
The Yulin Kalimba comes pre-tuned. If it goes out of tune, you can easily adjust it using the included tuning hammer and a tuning app on your phone.
